About Armenia:
Armenia is located in southwest Asia on the borders with Georgia, Turkey, Iran and Azerbaijan with an area of 29,743 km2. The country is characterized by its Mediterranean climate and mountainous terrain with abyssal valleys. The total population is 3 million, and its capital, Yerevan, is the most populous of its cities. The culture of Armenia is dominated by ancient traditions, which is characterized by a mix of multinationals and cultures, and Armenians are spoken among them as the official language. The official currency is the Armenian dram, and the country has an open economy, with a gross domestic product of about $32.8 billion. Armenia is characterized by a variety of destinations and attractions, cultural and natural as it has 3 UNESCO World Heritage sites in addition to many attractions spread across the country which is visited by more than 2 million tourists every year.
