Be over the age of 18
Legal residence visa waiver to enter or reside in Greece

Investor's spouse, unmarried children under the age of 21* and parents of the main applicant and spouse can be included.
*It is possible to acquire a renewal as a 3-year independent residence permit until they reach the age of 24.
