Financial Requirements
Investors wishing to obtain Maltese residence status through the Malta Permanent Residence Programme (MPRP) are required to make all of the below investments:
Additionally, investors must rent a residential real estate for a minimum annual value of €14,000 in Malta or Gozo.
The real estate must be kept for a minimum period of 5 years following the investment. After that period, a residential real estate of any amount must be kept indefinitely to maintain the residence status. and have the right to sublet the rented property
