Launched in 2021, the Malta Permanent Residence Programme (MPRP) grants U/HNWIs indefinite residency through substantial investments in Malta.

Financial Requirements
Investors wishing to obtain Maltese residence status through the Malta Permanent Residence Programme (MPRP) are required to make all of the below investments:
Additionally, investors must rent a residential real estate for a minimum annual value of €10,000/€12,000 (depending on location).
The real estate must be kept for a minimum period of 5 years following the investment. After that period, a residential real estate of any amount must be kept indefinitely to maintain the residence status.
