About Program
The country provides a citizenship by merit pathway, designed for
individuals who have delivered exceptional service, made significant
contributions to the Republic of Malta or to humanity more
broadly, or whose naturalization is considered to be in the nation’s
exceptional interest. Applicants may come from a wide range of
sectors, including science, research, technology, entrepreneurship,
philanthropy, sports, culture, and the arts reflecting Malta’s strategic
priorities and long-term vision.

Who is eligible ?
The regulations are addressed to U/HNWIs and their families of highest reputation and status. Thus, strict Due Diligence
checks are performed on each applicant to ensure only highly respectable clients are approved.

Main Application Requirements
Applicants must meet the coming requirements at least one of them the criteria as follows:

In addition, applicants must demonstrate adequate knowledge of either Maltese or English to ensure successful integration
and effective communicationwithin the country.
